1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Products that show signs of use or damage not caused during shipping.
Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
Custom or special orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for return.
We will guide you through the return process, including shipping instructions.
4. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
5. Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
A replacement or refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
