1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that show signs of use or damage not caused during shipping.

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.

  • Custom or special orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for return.

  3. We will guide you through the return process, including shipping instructions.


4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.


5. Refund or Replacement

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • A replacement or refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
